Preparation / Directions:Coat 2 (5-ounce) ramekins or custard cups with cooking spray. Place 1/4 cup cherries into each ramekin; set aside. Combine buttermilk and next 4 ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until well blended. Pour evenly over cherries.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until puffed and set.
Sprinkle the top of each with 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar.
