Garlic Pasta - 1

Ingredients:


8 cloves garlic -- thinly sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup whipping cream

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste

1/2 pound pasta

1/2 cup parmesan cheese -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sauté‚garlic in olive oil until not quite brown. Add the cream, a small amount of salt and a good amount of pepper. Simmer to reduce cream and toss with pasta that has been cooked as directed. Add lots of parmesan cheese.
