Italian Charoset

Ingredients:


2 medium apples -- peeled and cored, -- coarsely chopped

6 medium dates -- finely chopped

1 large hard-boiled egg -- finely chopped

1/2 cup almonds -- finely chopped

1/4 cup walnuts -- finely chopped

1/4 cup raisins -- finely chopped

1 medium one lemon -- juice of

1 tablespoon matzah meal -- (1 to 2)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large bowl, mix fruits and nuts to blend thoroughly. Add lemon juice and enough matzah meal to bind the mixture. Mound charoset tin a bowl or roll into one inch balls and arrange on plate
