Italian Herb Dressing

Ingredients:


2/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup wine or white vinegar

1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves

1/2 teaspoon dried oragano leaves

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients in jar. Cover and shake well. Chill to blend flavors. Remove garlic. Shake again before serving. Makes 1 Cup. From: Lancaster Farming
