Ingredients:


---small loaf:

1 cup mashed potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour -- unbleached

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

---large loaf:

2 cups mashed potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

2 cups all-purpose flour -- unbleached

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons active dry yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place mashed potatoes into machine baking pan, add oil. Add flour and salt, then yeast. Use rapid cycle for this loaf.
