Italian Potatoes

Ingredients:


1/4 pound butter -- (melted)

1 tablespoon heaping parsley

1/4 cup oil

1 teaspoon crushed red peppers

2 cloves garlic minced

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 medium onion -- chopped

4 medium potatoes cut in quarters
 

Preparation / Directions:


In casserole add butter, oil, garlic, onions and potatoes. Stir ingredients Sprinkle parsley, peppers, cheese and salt Bake 1 her at 350, might take longer. Potatoes should be crispy.
