Ingredients:


5 pounds coarse ground pork butt

2 tablespoons salt

1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seed

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons sugar

1 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing. To cook, fry or bake.
