Preparation / Directions:Cut peppers in half and clean out insides. Par boil for 5 minutes. Cook and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients, except peppers, very thoroughly.
Stuff pepper halves and brush tops with oil. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 325 .
