Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 can anchovies -- (2 ounces) drain |
1 clove garlic minced |
2 small red chili pepper -- chop |
2/3 cup black olives -- chop |
3 bunch leaves basil -- chop |
3 tablespoons parsley -- mince |
12 ounces marinara sauce |
2 tablespoons capers -- drain |
1 package penne pasta; cook -- drain |

Preparation / Directions:
In olive oil sauté‚anchovies until dissolved; add garlic, chili pepper and olives. Sauté‚a few minutes. Add basil, parsley and marinara. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over penne.
