Julia Louis-Dreyfus' Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients:


6 ounces linguine cook and drained

3 cups broccoli florets -- cook

2 cloves garlic -- mince

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 pound goat cheese -- shred

6 ounces linguine cook and drained

3 cups broccoli florets -- cook

2 cloves garlic -- mince

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 pound goat cheese -- shred
 

Preparation / Directions:


Simmer garlic in olive oil. Add a bit of lemon juice for desired taste. Stir in broccoli. Pour over pasta and toss. Add goat cheese on top.
