2 pounds ground chuck or turkey |
1 large onion -- chop |
1 tablespoon garlic -- mince |
32 ounces tomato sauce |
8 ounces tomato paste |
1 cup dried parsley |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |

Preparation / Directions:
