Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 1/4 pounds cottage cheese -- (dry)

1/2 cup parmesian cheese

2 cans tomato sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

8 ounces lasagna noodles

2 cups mozzarella -- (grated)

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 1/4 pounds cottage cheese -- (dry)

1/2 cup parmesian cheese

2 cans tomato sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

8 ounces lasagna noodles

2 cups mozzarella -- (grated)
 

Preparation / Directions:


F Brown the ground beef and drain. F add tomato sauce and seasonings F simmer slowly for 20 minutes F prepare the lasagna noodles F arrange one layer of lasagna in parallel strips in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. F Top with 1/3 of the meat sauce, 1/3 of the mozzarella, 1/3 of the cottage cheese. F Repeat the layering until done. End with the cottage cheese. F top with parmesian cheese. F Bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes. F Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
