Macaroni With Cream

Ingredients:


1 pound shell macaroni

1 1/2 pints heavy cream

6 ounces grated swiss cheese

2 ounces grated cheddar

1 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt, pepper

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 pound shell macaroni

1 1/2 pints heavy cream

2 ounces grated cheddar

1 teaspoon nutmeg
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook macaroni al dente (almost done ) Drain and replace macaroni in pot. add cream and cook for 6 minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally. Stir in each cheese individually and stir well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place in casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake in 500F oven just to brown top. Serve with red wine, green salad and fruit for dessert. Double recipe for a party dish. Delicious and easy!
