Mediterranean Pasta Toss |

Ingredients:
16 ounces pasta -- ziti |
3 large peppers -- red, lg, strips |
1 medium Onion -- lg, chopped |
2 cloves garlic -- lg, minced |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup oil -- olive |
4 ounces pepperoni -- sliced |
4 fillets anchovy fillets -- drained and chopped -- (optional) |
1/2 cup olives -- ripe, pitted, sliced |
1 package prepare pasta as directed on package -- drain. |

Preparation / Directions:
meanwhile, cook and stir red peppers, onion, garlic and pepper in hot oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat. Toss with pasta.
