Mediterranean Pasta Toss

Ingredients:


16 ounces pasta -- ziti

3 large peppers -- red, lg, strips

1 medium Onion -- lg, chopped

2 cloves garlic -- lg, minced

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/3 cup oil -- olive

4 ounces pepperoni -- sliced

4 fillets anchovy fillets -- drained and chopped -- (optional)

1/2 cup olives -- ripe, pitted, sliced

1 package prepare pasta as directed on package -- drain.
 

Preparation / Directions:


meanwhile, cook and stir red peppers, onion, garlic and pepper in hot oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat. Toss with pasta.
