Ingredients:
3 medium basil leaves |
1 tablespoon fresh oregano |
1 medium jalapeno |
4 cloves garlic |
1/2 cup ex-virgin olive oil |
4 tablespoons balsamic |
1/2 pound low-fat goat cheese |
1 cup cucumbers -- rough chop |
2 pounds plum tomatoes |
1 teaspoon salt and pepper |
1 dash Tabasco |

Preparation / Directions:
Put 1/2 of cheese and all ingredients except tomatoes in processor. Puree. Add tomatoes and process until toms are chunky. Add cheese and serve over pasta. Source: Gelman, Live with Regis and Kathie Lee.
