Microwave Lasagna

Ingredients:


10 sheets uncooked lasagna noodles

32 ounces spaghetti sauce

1/2 cup water

1 pound ricotta cheese mixed with

1 large egg

1 teaspoon pepper to taste

12 ounces mozzarella -- either shredded or sliced

1/4 cup parmesan
 

Preparation / Directions:


layer in this order, in a 9x13 pyrex pan: sauce, 1/2 the noodles, 1/2 ricotta, 1/2 mozzarella, sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, sauce. Cover tightly with Saran wrap. My microwave is a 650 watt machine, with a carousel. I cook it on HIGH for 8 to 8 1/2 minutes, and MEDIUM LOW for 32 minutes. Remove saran, sprinkle w/ Parmesan, recover and let stand for 15 minutes.
