Mozarella Fresca Con Pomodorie Acciughe |

Ingredients:
1 pound mozzarella cheese |
3 medium tomatoes -- red ripe, sliced |
2 teaspoons oregano -- (approximately) |
4 tablespoons olive oil -- (approximately) |
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste |
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper -- to taste |
2 ounces anchovies -- drained |
1 bunch basil leaves |
1 can neopolitan black olives -- * see recipe |

Preparation / Directions:
Slice the mozarella and arrange alternate overlapping layers of tomatoes and cheese on a serving platter. Sprinkle with oregano, oil, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with anchovies and basil leaves and serve at room temperature with Neopolitan Black Olives.
