Preparation / Directions:Cook pasta as directed.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in the bottom of a medium saucepot. Add green onions and sauté‚for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and stir for 1 minute. Add tomatoes; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add black beans, combine and simmer for 5 minutes. Add artichoke hearts. Adjust seasonings and toss with pasta.
