Ingredients:


1 loaf loaf Italian bread -- halve

4 tablespoons ex-virgin olive oil

1 pound imported prosciutto

4 medium plum tomatoes -- slice thin

1 teaspoon fresh oregano -- chop
 

Preparation / Directions:


Drizzle bread with olive oil. Place prosciutto and tomatoes on one side of bread. Top with oregano and 2nd half of bread. Wrap in plastic wrap. Allow to sit out for 1 hour before serving.
