Preparation / Directions:Cut figs into thick bite-size slices. Sprinkle with wine. Allow to sit for 30 minutes, then wrap with prosciutto around each fig slice and secure with a toothpick. Sprinkle with a couple turns of fresh ground black pepper. To obtain the best presentation serve 3 slices per person white serving plates.
Serves 6.
