Ingredients:


1 package active dry yeast

1 cup whole-wheat flour

2 cups flour -- unbleached

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground pepper -- freshly

2 tablespoons oil

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic -- minced in oil or 1-2 cloves crushed

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 1/4 cups warm water -- very
