Salsa Mac 'n Cheese (Velveeta)

Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

1 jar chunky salsa -- (16 oz.)

2 cups water

1 package elbow macaroni -- (7 oz.)

3/4 pound velveeta -- (12 oz.) pasteurized process cheese spread -- cut up
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes 1. Brown meat in large skillet. Drain. 2. Add salsa and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat, cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. 3. Stir in VELVEETA until melted. Makes 6 servings. Source: Sunday coupon section (5/19/96)
