Simple Chicken Italiano

Ingredients:


3/4 pound thin strips chicken breast

3/4 cup reduced calorie italian dressing

1 package green giant american mixtures california style

16 ounces frozen vegetables

1 package hot cooked pasta

1 Cup grated parmesan cheese -- (opt)
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. In large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 of the Italian dressing.

2. Sauté‚until chicken begins to brown.

3. Add vegetables and remaining dressing. Cover; simmer 7-9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
