Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons garlic chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped |
1/2 cup white wine |
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste |
1 pound thin spaghetti; cooked -- hot |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |

Preparation / Directions:
Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sauté‚for 5 minutes on low. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley.
Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
