Preparation / Directions:In large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes or until tender but firm; drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well and transfer to bowl; toss with sesame oil. Add carrots, bean sprouts, onions and orange rind.
Combine orange juice, tahini, soy sauce, sugar and hot pepper sauce; toss with spaghetti mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts and coriander.
