Tortellini Pesto Salad

Ingredients:


1 cup mayonnaise

2 cups tortellini -- cooked

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 cup julienne zucchini

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 cup julienne carrots

2 cloves minced garlic

1 cup cherry tomato halves

1 1/2 teaspoons crushed basil leaves

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

2 tablespoons milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first six ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except walnuts. Chill. Add walnuts before serving.
