Tuna Sauce

Ingredients:


7 ounces Italian tuna packed in oil

1/4 stick butter

2 cloves garlic chopped

2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

1/4 cup white wine -- salt and pepper to

28 ounces chopped peeled tomatoes
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt butter and tuna oil in pan. Sautee garlic for 2 min, until golden. Add tuna and cook 5 minutes Add tomatoes, wine and parsley, salt and pepper and cook on low heat 30 minutes Serve over cooked, drained pasta.
