Preparation / Directions:Prepare vegetables. Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cold water, vinegar, salt and pepper. Let partially set in refrigerator, then, using an egg beater, beat til fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and place in 2 qt. mold or 9 x 13" pan.
