Preparation / Directions:Tear cake in small pieces. Place in bottom of baking dish. Mix Jell-O and water; cool. Then mix Jell-O, sugar and pineapple; pour over cake. Place in refrigerator and allow to set. When ready to serve, cover with whipped cream and coconut.
