Apricot Jell-O Salad

Ingredients:


2 package Apricot Jell-O -- (3 oz)

8 ounces Cream Cheese

1 can Crushed Pineapple (Do NOT drain) -- (13 1/4 oz)

2 cups boiling water

1 package Cool Whip
 

Preparation / Directions:


In sauce pan mix Jell-O, Pineapple and 1 cups water. Boil for 10 minutes and set aside to cool. Beat in Cream Cheese and refrigerate until almost set Beat in 2 cups Cool Whip Refrigerate to set.
