California Grape Swirl

Ingredients:


1 package strawberry-flavor gelatin (3 ounces)

1 cup boiling water

16 ounces peach-flavor low-fat yogurt

2 cups california seedless grapes

1 cup sweetened whipped cream -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until syrupy. 2. In medium bowl, stir yogurt until smooth; add grapes. Gently swirl in syrupy gelatin. 3. Spoon into stemmed dessert glasses and chill until firm; serve with whipped cream if desired. NOTE: Yogurt and gelatin flavors may be varied as desired.
