Preparation / Directions:Combine gelatin, milk, sugar and instant coffee in electric blender container. cover and blend on low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute. Add crushed ice and vanilla. Blend at high speed until ice is melted, about 30 seconds. Pour into serving glasses. Chill until set, about 15 minutes. Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 4 servings.
