Preparation / Directions:Fold sugar and salt into egg white. Fold in fruit and beat with rotary egg beater until well mixed. Chill. Use, instead of whipped cream, as garnish for Jell-O desserts. Should be served immediately. Makes garnish for 6 servings.
Recommend you use meringue powder instead of raw egg.
