2 quarts apple cider
 

Preparation / Directions:


heat cider in a heavy saucepan, over a moderate flame bring to a simmer and allow to boil for 45-60 minutes, to the jelling point of 220 degrees remove from heat and allow to cool store chilled serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
