My husband and kids can't leave this alone!! I have to freeze it as soon as a batch is done, or they will eat themselves sick. You can use any type of meat - I use venison. This is a sweet teriyaki recipe, not hot! I hope you enjoy it. | ||||||||
Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except meat. Stir to mix well.
IF USING SLICED MEAT:
1. Place meat strips in a tightly covered glass, stoneware, plastic or stainless steel container.
2. Generously spread or spoon marinade on both sides of meat.
3. Marinate from 6 to 12 hours in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, keeping the mixture tightly covered.
4. Dehydrate/smoke/cook which ever you prefer.
5. Eat - in moderation!
IF USING GROUND MEAT:
1. Throughly mix marinade and meat.
2. Form into stix, rounds or other desired shape.
3. Dehydrate/smoke/cook which ever you prefer.
