Stuffed Mushroom Kabobs

Ingredients:


1/3 cup wish-bone italian dressing

2 tablespoons dry white wine

20 medium mushrooms

1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon rosemary
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine Italian dressing with wine. Remove and finely chop enough mushroom stems to equal 1/2 cup. In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, rosemary, chopped stems and 1/4 cup dressing mixture; fill mushroom caps. On skewers, thread mushroom caps in pairs, stuffed-sides facing each other. Grill or broil, turning and basting occasionally with remaining dressing mixture, 15 minutes or until done. Makes about 10 servings.
