Grilled Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients:


2 medium ripe pears

2 medium apples

2 medium peaches

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 Cup softened butter

1 teaspoon orange zest
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat grill or broiler. Thread fruit onto skewers alternately. Brush kabobs with orange zest butter. Grill until fruit is tender and softened, about 2 minutes on each side. Baste with more butter and serve. Approximately 8-10 minutes.
