Ingredients:


1/4 large watermelon

1/4 cup fruit fresh

2 medium cantaloupe

2 medium pineapple

6 medium apple

2 pounds seedless grapes

3 pints strawberry

11 ounces mandarin orange segments

25 skewers bamboo skewer

2 quarts strawberry yogurt
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine fruit fresh and 1 quart water-mix well dip diced fruits in mixture to reduce tendency to brown cut watermelon into large dice and reserve shell skewer assorted fruits on medium skewers spoon strawberry yogurt into a bowl or watermelon shell serve kabobs chilled, with yogurt to the side
