Honey Lamb Chops

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

6 chops lamb chops -- trimmed of fat 5 oz each

6 sprigs fresh mint
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except the lamb chops and mint in a small bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Brush the mixture on the chops and broil or grill, turning frequently, according to the following guidelines: 12 minutes for rare, 15 minutes for medium, and 18 minutes for well done. Garnish with mint and serve.
