Preparation / Directions:Combine all ingredients except the lamb chops and mint in a small bowl and
microwave for 1 minute. Brush the mixture on the chops and broil or grill,
turning frequently, according to the following guidelines: 12 minutes for
rare, 15 minutes for medium, and 18 minutes for well done. Garnish with mint
and serve.
