Spicy Lamb And Vegetable Kebabs | |||||||||||

Preparation / Directions:Combine yogurt, lime juice, cumin, garlic and cayenne in large bowl. Add lamb and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Alternate 4 lamb cubes, 3 squash pieces, 3 red pepper squares and 3 onion wedges on each of 4 metal skewers. Brush meat and vegetables with oil. Grill until meat is cooked to desired doneness, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes for medium rare. Transfer to platter and serve.
