Ingredients:


5 cups corn oil

1/8 cup oregano

1/2 gallon red wine -- or white

1 cup parsley

1 dash pepper

1 1/2 cups lemon juice

3 Medium thinly sliced onions

3 pieces bay leaves

8 ounces garlic crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Marinate overnight. Keeps up to 2 weeks. Enough for 10 lamb legs.
