Preparation / Directions:Cook lamb, onion and garlic in oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until lamb is brown; drain. Stir in salt, cumin and pepper.
Cut each pita bread in half to form pockets. Spoon 1/4 lamb mixture into each pocket. Top with lettuce and tomato. Mix remaining ingredients; serve with sandwiches
