Preparation / Directions:1. in frying pan, heat oil. 2. add basil, garlic and red curry base. stir and cook for one minute. 3. add lamb. cook until lamb is done, about 5 minutes. 4. add seasoning sauce and apples. 5. stir and cook until apples are heated through, about 2 minutes. 6. serve with rice or noodles.
