Preparation / Directions:Heat the broiler. Rub the lambchops all over with the cut galic. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with margoram and pepper. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium cooked lamb. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
