Preparation / Directions:Nuke the cauliflower and onions for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Cut and add eggs. Mix mayo, mustard, salt and pepper and mix with
cauliflower. Refrigerate. If you subtract the fiber grams, you end up
with 8 carbs for the entire recipe. Tastes great.
