Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:


1/2 cup chunky-peanut butter (sugar-free)

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chopped pecans

2 teaspoon vanilla

4 packages sugar substitute

2 tablespoons soy flour

1 teaspoon baking powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 375. Spray a cookie sheet with oil substitute. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Blend well. Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake about 10 minutes.
