Chocolate Coconut Dream

Ingredients:


1 ounces unsweetened bakers chocolate

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

5 packages Equal ( do not use the spoonable kind)

1/3 cup shredded coconut ( unsweetened)

9 pieces almonds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat butter and chocolate until the chocolate is just melted, do not cook too long. ( double boiler is best). Pour in small bowl, mix well. Add in heavy cream, vanilla, and Equal, stir until mixture looks creamy and smooth. Add in coconut, once again, mix well. Place almonds on a plate with space between them. Put a spoonful of the chocolate mixture on top of each almond. Chill until able to pick up with your fingers. Store in the refrigerator.
