Preparation / Directions:Melt the chocolate and the butter in double boiler system (or microwave in microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes and let sit for 1 minute, then stir), remove from heat and stir in cream and vanilla. Stir in sweetener and melted caramels. Fold in macadamia nuts. Pour into foil-lined cupcake holders or other appropriate molds and chill.
