Baked Mozzarella

Ingredients:


4 ounces sliced Mozzarella cheese

6 slices tomatoes

1 bottle some low-carb italian dressing
 

Preparation / Directions:


Take 4 ounces of sliced Mozzarella cheese and a couple of slices of tomato and put in a ziploc bag with some low-carb italian dressing, vinaigrette, or oil and vinegar. Marinate for several hours. Put cheese in bottom of oven safe bowl and top with tomato slices. Pour dressing on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 400 F. until melted.
