Basic Chimichurri

Ingredients:


1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup wine vinegar

1/2 cup onion -- finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic -- finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley -- chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon Aji pepper -- ground

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix it all up and let it rest for a few hours to develop flavor.
